Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay with your order.
Delivery Times Once your order has been processed and dispatched, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or events beyond our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your order. Where free shipping is offered, this will be stated explicitly at checkout or on the relevant product page. Unless free shipping is expressly indicated, standard shipping charges apply.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Customs and Import Duties For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, import duties and taxes may be applied by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@getnervex.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
